Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kant Cooley started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hıdır Namal in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benjamin Meurs saved Springplank FC from getting behind. Okanalp Öksal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerrit Bos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerrit Bos hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Benjamin Meurs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Aires, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Okanalp Öksal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kant Cooley in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Loco De Remate's Bruno Medero ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benjamin Meurs. Benjamin Meurs yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Okanalp Öksal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wasyl Majczyk in the 19th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hıdır Namal got free with Benjamin Meurs in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hıdır Namal succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 27th playminute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hıdır Namal in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benjamin Meurs saved Springplank FC from getting behind. Okanalp Öksal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kant Cooley in the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Kant Cooley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Okanalp Öksal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Eddie Murphy fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Springplank FC's protests and gave Eddie Murphy a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th minute, Eddie Murphy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the match, Springplank FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Aires came free, but Benjamin Meurs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno Medero during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 43rd match minute, Loco De Remate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Medero to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kant Cooley in the 47th minute of play forced Loco De Remate's goalkeeper Okanalp Öksal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rene Aires stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Laurids Grejsen kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Rene Aires's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benjamin Meurs was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Benjamin Meurs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Aires in the 55th minute of the match. Loco De Remate's supporters rose to their feet, but Rene Aires was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Meurs breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Loco De Remate's Clodoveo Christobal was substituted for Rene Aires. In the 82nd minute Clodoveo Christobal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Meurs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute of the match Springplank FC got a corner. Loco De Remate's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kant Cooley ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Springplank FC's corner Gerrit Bos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Okanalp Öksal quite easily take care of the ball. In the 89th minute Kant Cooley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Okanalp Öksal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 90 minutes of play, Loco De Remate's Clodoveo Christobal made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benjamin Meurs was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Springplank FC's Gerrit Bos in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Loco De Remate's goalie prevented a goal. If Clodoveo Christobal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Springplank FC's Benjamin Meurs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Christobal in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Loco De Remate fans cheered their team off the field, for while Springplank FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
