After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Bruno Moneda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's supporters rose to their feet, but Bruno Moneda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ademar Fernandes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bruno Moneda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ademar Fernandes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Tristan Franquis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fabiano Sena in the 14th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Moneda in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ademar Fernandes saved Bizard FC from getting behind. Luiz Fabiano Sena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tristan Franquis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 25th minute Luiz Fabiano Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tristan Franquis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Bizard FC's Luiz Fabiano Sena dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 35 minutes into the match, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fabiano Sena came free, but Tristan Franquis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victor Pinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Tristan Franquis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kevin Durant was slow to take the kick. During this time Bizard FC's players had a chance to rest. Kevin Durant made a great header on Bizard FC's corner, it was just that Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Tristan Franquis managed to reach the ball for a save. After 46 played minutes Bizard FC got a freekick which was hit by Guga Zaracho. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luiz Fabiano Sena stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bizard FC's attentive Kevin Durant managed to snatch the ball when Bonifaco Barril made a throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Fabiano Sena in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tristan Franquis saved Imperio Catatumbo de Lara from getting behind. Bonifaco Barril kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Tristan Franquis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Fabiano Sena, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 69 minutes into the match, Bizard FC's Luiz Fabiano Sena sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tristan Franquis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tristan Franquis was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 81 minutes Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Genaro Valdemoro who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's goalie and right to Raphael Souto. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Bonifaco Barril managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kevin Durant in the 85 minute of the game. After 87th play minutes Luiz Fabiano Sena shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Tristan Franquis and just under the crossbar into goal. The supporters of Imperio Catatumbo de Lara booed when Bizard FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guga Zaracho didn't get a good kick on the ball.
