Seating: 128, VIP seats: 10) Sydney FC's Önder Cebi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sydney FC's Sebastian Titz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Don Cabezon in the 3rd minute of play. Dacian Nițescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Önder Cebi, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 8th match minute, Sydney FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Ogășanu to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sydney FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Titz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sydney FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ardy Pakubuwono was slow to take the kick. During this time AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's players had a chance to rest. Angelo Milanese could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Dacian Nițescu made a huge save. Sebastian Titz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Don Cabezon, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Dacian Nițescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelo Milanese in the 26th minute. The audience was convinced that Angelo Milanese's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dacian Nițescu was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Dacian Nițescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Önder Cebi in the 28th minute of play. Sebastian Titz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Don Cabezon in the 32nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Sydney FC defense, Don Cabezon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastian Titz. The Sydney FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastian Titz should have stopped the shot. The supporters of AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC booed when Sydney FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Önder Cebi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Don Cabezon struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Sebastian Titz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andre Darmuis during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th match minute, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andre Darmuis to maneuver through the defense. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Gorri Sañudo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Adam Daller, made in the 46th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Don Cabezon got free with Sebastian Titz in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Emanuel Ogășanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauro Dos Santos's late challenge caught a Sydney FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauro Dos Santos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th match minute, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Dos Santos to maneuver through the defense. Emanuel Ogășanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st match minute, Sydney FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Milanese to maneuver through the defense. 92 minutes into the match, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Dewa Warauw sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sebastian Titz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sydney FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Dewa Warauw scored to the left of an out of position Sebastian Titz, making the score, 1-5.
The AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
