The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Valencia CF Mindszent's Elek Bognár quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Wilfredo Mero, made in the 7th minute of the game. In the 9th minute Nuralp Başdemir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Banaszak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nuralp Başdemir struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Daniel Banaszak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Muñes de Don Cuco. Daniel Banaszak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuralp Başdemir in the 20th minute of the match. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Valencia CF Mindszent's goalkeeper Daniel Banaszak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Guaberto Jacindo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Daniel Banaszak in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 33rd minute, Alex Doe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the match, Konstantin Fitos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baron Buffon. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Konstantin Fitos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Baron Buffon came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Valencia CF Mindszent's Konstantin Fitos. But to his dismay, Konstantin Fitos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nuralp Başdemir to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute of the game Wilfredo Mero made a throw-in which Bradley Barrett played forward. 58 minutes into the match, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's goalkeeper Baron Buffon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Konstantin Fitos. Daniel Banaszak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuralp Başdemir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baron Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstantin Fitos in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64thth minute of the game Konstantin Fitos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Baron Buffon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Konstantin Fitos sped through Los Muñes de Don Cuco's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Baron Buffon. Valencia CF Mindszent's Silvestre Pacorro was substituted for Christos Xenidis. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Ramon Pero was substituted for Peyami Hasanbeyli. When Valencia CF Mindszent's Bob Sinclair in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Muñes de Don Cuco's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Baron Buffon got control of the ball when Bob Sinclair tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute, Valencia CF Mindszent's Bob Sinclair ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Baron Buffon. Baron Buffon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. 89 minutes into the match, Valencia CF Mindszent's goal looked a bit too open when Bradley Barrett came free, but Daniel Banaszak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bradley Barrett took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniel Banaszak. Daniel Banaszak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Valencia CF Mindszent walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
