In the 12th minute, Benedicto Naelio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Argentina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Leripe Lifestyle's goalkeeper Luiz Fabiano Arantes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Naelio in the 17th minute of play forced Leripe Lifestyle's goalkeeper Luiz Fabiano Arantes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Samuel Jobo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Leripe Lifestyle's Luiz Fabiano Arantes did a great save. After having played for 20 minutes, Yves Lacoste managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leripe Lifestyle's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yves Lacoste was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Leripe Lifestyle's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Naelio came free, but Luiz Fabiano Arantes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benedicto Naelio in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Fabiano Arantes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 23rdth minute of the game Benedicto Naelio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leripe Lifestyle's Luiz Fabiano Arantes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Benedicto Naelio notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Leripe Lifestyle's Luiz Fabiano Arantes. Luiz Fabiano Arantes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luiz Fabiano Arantes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedicto Naelio in the 29th minute of the match. Luiz Fabiano Arantes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Naelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luiz Fabiano Arantes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Yves Lacoste struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Lev Yashin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leripe Lifestyle.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfredo Bastos was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Argentina's Benedicto Naelio made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luiz Fabiano Arantes was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 57th minute of the match, Benedicto Naelio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Luiz Fabiano Arantes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Argentina were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Leripe Lifestyle's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Samuel Jobo took the corner. Luiz Fabiano Arantes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benedicto Naelio's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Luiz Fabiano Arantes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedicto Naelio, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benedicto Naelio in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luiz Fabiano Arantes saved Leripe Lifestyle from getting behind. Loco Durazno replaced Armando Felipillo. In the 84th minute of the match Argentina got a corner. Leripe Lifestyle's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Samuel Jobo ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Vicente Nevada managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 88 minutes into the match, Leripe Lifestyle's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Arotza came free, but Luiz Fabiano Arantes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luiz Fabiano Arantes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Nevada, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, Luiz Fabiano Arantes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Leripe Lifestyle's Luiz Fabiano Arantes got control of the ball when Loco Durazno tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 96th minute, Argentina's Loco Durazno dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8.
