Adrian Clis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Wagner Kill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 19 minutes Imperio Académico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Benicio Maurin who took care of the corner kick. Grzegorz Szamotulski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ismael Jerrold in the 20th minute. Gunnar Deisler made in the 21st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Benicio Maurin immediately put the ball in play. Wagner Kill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Adrian Clis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wagner Kill in the 23rd minute of play. Adrian Clis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wagner Kill, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After 27 minutes of play, Imperio Académico's Ismael Jerrold made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. After 47 minutes, Roque Lehen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Imperio Académico and the Diablofaryd F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Imperio Académico's Roque Lehen got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wagner Kill to strike the kick off in the second half. If Wagner Kill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice moves Wagner Kill could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Adrian Clis however easily saved by the left post. In the 53rd minute Ismael Jerrold shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grzegorz Szamotulski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wagner Kill during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Imperio Académico booed when Diablofaryd F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wagner Kill didn't get a good kick on the ball. Imperio Académico's Cirilo Cugat was substituted for Ismael Jerrold. Diablofaryd F.C.'s Ozzy Osbourne quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Roque Lehen, made in the 85th minute of the game. Imperio Académico's Adrian Clis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Imperio Académico from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cirilo Cugat in the 87th minute of play forced Diablofaryd F.C.'s goalkeeper Grzegorz Szamotulski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diablofaryd F.C.'s Grzegorz Szamotulski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amador Igon in the 88th minute of play. After some careless play in the Diablofaryd F.C. defense, Amador Igon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Grzegorz Szamotulski. The Diablofaryd F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Grzegorz Szamotulski should have stopped the shot. In the 96th minute, Amador Igon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Grzegorz Szamotulski was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Diablofaryd F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Imperio Académico.
