ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Transito in the 11th minute of play. Patrick Armstrong didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miguel Transito went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 18 minutes into the match, Laureano Sustrai notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong. Patrick Armstrong was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Patrick Armstrong didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodolfo Cordeiro went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Adrian Våleman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Errapel having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Transito in the 25th minute of play forced ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Robert Ununger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Peter Linkhorst took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Jonathan Errapel to make any attempt to save it. After some careless play in the Santa Maradona defense, Peter Linkhorst kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Errapel. The Santa Maradona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Errapel should have stopped the shot. 45 minutes into the game, Santa Maradona's Rodolfo Cordeiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Armstrong made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Peter Linkhorst stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee felt a red card was in order, 53 minutes into the game, when Anderson Schulle put in a rough tackle. Patrick Armstrong was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Miguel Transito capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Miguel Transito really showed his touch with that goal: 2-5. Laureano Sustrai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Thorbjörn Olerius fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ManagerZone Crew's protests and gave Thorbjörn Olerius a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, ManagerZone Crew's Thorbjörn Olerius got a free kick in the 80th minute. Santa Maradona's Jonathan Errapel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 83rd minute of play. Robert Ununger charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robert Ununger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, ManagerZone Crew's Robert Ununger got a free kick in the 87th minute. With a little luck, ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong got control of the ball when Rodolfo Cordeiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to ManagerZone Crew getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Thorsten Dietz hit a great ball. Santa Maradona's Jonathan Errapel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Våleman in the 95th minute of play. The ManagerZone Crew supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Santa Maradona's performance. The match ended with a win for Santa Maradona.
