In the 21st minute, Braulio Ospin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Casimiro Sayveon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacinto Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Lucero Basanta got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jacinto Navarro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 37th play minute Casimiro Sayveon came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jacinto Navarro. 3-1. Casimiro Sayveon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacinto Navarro having to make a save. In the 41st minute Casimiro Sayveon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Guaparo FC's zone, Braulio Ospin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barto Reyes came out of the goal and Braulio Ospin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute, Casimiro Sayveon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 46th match minute, Guaparo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ur Higuera to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Casimiro Sayveon was the one to do the kick off. Guaparo FC's Lordi Cavadilla was substituted for Lucero Basanta. 78 minutes into the match, Guaparo FC's Casimiro Sayveon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacinto Navarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Dani Boston got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jacinto Navarro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dani Boston in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacinto Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Barto Reyes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stasio Tokarczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
