With a little luck, Fenerbahce's 温岩川 got control of the ball when Leocadio Teja tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 17th minute of the match Artigas got a corner. With an all-out effort, Artigas's 温岩川 threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Florentino Fidalgo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Leocadio Teja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. 温岩川 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 邱源峰 kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute of the match Valentin Monteagudo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 温岩川 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 84th minute, 范树挺 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 89 minutes, Sadurni Nadal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Artigas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sadurni Nadal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute, Lia Engraba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 温岩川 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lia Engraba in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 95th match minute, Fenerbahce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 高凌宁 to maneuver through the defense. Sadurni Nadal hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match.
