Luke Van de kauter's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Serginho Nogueira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. If Eustaquio Dabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Serginho Nogueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Dabi in the 4th minute of play. Eustaquio Dabi scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Serginho Nogueira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 8 minutes into the match, Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's goal looked a bit too open when Guga Trancoso came free, but Reynaldo Astrada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serginho Nogueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luke Van de kauter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Reynaldo Astrada managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when PIAUÍ FC's Baturhan Oytun fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Luke Van de kauter took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Serginho Nogueira. Serginho Nogueira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Serginho Nogueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luke Van de kauter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baturhan Oytun who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Reynaldo Astrada when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 20th minute Baturhan Oytun suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Ma Ming Quan kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's Luke Van de kauter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Serginho Nogueira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 24th match minute, Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Orlanda to maneuver through the defense. Serginho Nogueira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luke Van de kauter went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Luke Van de kauter might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Serginho Nogueira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luke Van de kauter ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 34th minute Luke Van de kauter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serginho Nogueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luke Van de kauter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serginho Nogueira having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Luke Van de kauter's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Serginho Nogueira was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. 42 minutes into the game, Luke Van de kauter cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Serginho Nogueira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Renato Sá during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Luke Van de kauter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Serginho Nogueira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. In the 56th minute Guga Trancoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Astrada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to PIAUÍ FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Víktor Santos hit a great ball. Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's Prudencio Ralondo was substituted for Luke Van de kauter. In the 82nd minute, Prudencio Ralondo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Serginho Nogueira. The goal made the score 0-9. PIAUÍ FC made a substitution. Fernandinho Mesquita replaced Demis Katsarolidis. Reynaldo Astrada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mete Gøl in the 85th minute of the match. Reynaldo Astrada came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by PIAUÍ FC's Mete Gøl. But to his dismay, Mete Gøl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-9. 90 minutes into the match, Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's goal looked a bit too open when Juninho Freitas came free, but Reynaldo Astrada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
