A collision led to Hahay getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Witomir Matela hit a great ball. Telmo da Fonseca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucjan Siembab read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. After 23 played minutes, Castanheiro SC's Telmo da Fonseca shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lucjan Siembab came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Castanheiro SC reached it. Doni Seco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maksymilian Parajewski in the 34th minute. Hahay's Lucjan Siembab played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Sarmento in the 36th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Ryszard Ludzia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Castanheiro SC booed when Hahay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ryszard Ludzia didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Sarmento in the 42nd minute of play forced Hahay's goalkeeper Lucjan Siembab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucjan Siembab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Júnior Alagoano took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucjan Siembab. Lucjan Siembab dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. Hahay's Tobiasz Zachemski was substituted for Edgar Kornatowski. Telmo da Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucjan Siembab having to interfere. Lucjan Siembab made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Mauro Sarmento sent off a good shot on target. Lucjan Siembab didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Castanheiro SC's Mauro Sarmento shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-5 in the ordered_time% minute. Lucjan Siembab showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júnior Alagoano, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Lucjan Siembab was a little too slow when Júnior Alagoano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 1-6.
