Carlos Germano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zebastian Bergfeldt struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Carlos Germano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Julias Rascals Apeldoorn. Zebastian Bergfeldt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlos Germano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Ralph Roeles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Berdoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan de Vlieger in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Carlos Germano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 73rd match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santos Oskitz to maneuver through the defense. Hub van Schaik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joost Ottenhof kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Carlos Germano was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Jan de Vlieger capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jan de Vlieger really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
