Mon Navarro Montoya was a little too slow when Saul Baumer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Teixeira in the 21st minute of play forced Zuberbühler FC's goalkeeper Napoleon Dziedelonis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elias Honrio got free with Napoleon Dziedelonis in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Leonides Rosio got a free kick in the 94th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marciano Min in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mon Navarro Montoya saved San Lorenzo de Sarandi from getting behind.
For all the effort they put into the match, the San Lorenzo de Sarandi players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Zuberbühler FC.
