Juniors FC's Lázaro Colon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Alario in the 30th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Uriel Isias took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Florencio Cutberto to make any attempt to save it. 35 minutes into the match, Juniors FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Eutor came free, but Lázaro Colon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Basilio Eutor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Juniors FC's Eduardo Gervaso quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Enzo Ferman, made in the 51st minute of the game. Fabian Eutor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nicanor Porfirio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Juniors FC's Uriel Isias got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lázaro Colon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Eutor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uriel Isias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th minute Nicanor Porfirio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florencio Cutberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florencio Cutberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Garikoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Enrique Frasco struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Florencio Cutberto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juniors FC. After some careless play in the Enzo FC defense, Enrique Frasco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florencio Cutberto. The Enzo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florencio Cutberto should have stopped the shot.
