Metal Juniors's Daniel Păvăloae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Roland in the 7th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Naike in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Păvăloae saved Metal Juniors from getting behind. 11 minutes in the game, Cristian Naike dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Daniel Păvăloae took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Naike, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Vélez Juniors's Cristian Naike in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Vélez Juniors fully deserved thier win.
