Spectators: 467 (Terracing: 351, Seating: 107, VIP seats: 9) 6 minutes into the match, POSSE 1911 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fermin Dolfo came free, but Angel Xabel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 8 played minutes POSSE 1911 FC got a freekick which was hit by Eustacio Dolfo. Angel Xabel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fermin Dolfo in the 17th minute of play. Angel Xabel came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Yalapa's Fermin Dolfo. But to his dismay, Fermin Dolfo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Fabian Rosalio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fermin Dolfo took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angel Xabel. Angel Xabel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Basri İhtiyar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Matro in the 30th minute of the match. Basri İhtiyar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Matro, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The POSSE 1911 FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Yalapa were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fermin Dolfo made a kick off. Basri İhtiyar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lukas Lundgren in the 53rd minute of the match. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Angel Xabel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 83rd minute, Samuel Matro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute Sérgio Aguero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basri İhtiyar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the game, one of POSSE 1911 FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Angel Xabel, was totally fooled by Yalapa's Fabian Rosalio, who 90 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 97 minutes into the game, Diego Armando Junior cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Angel Xabel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The Yalapa supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Yalapa would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
