An unexpectedly hard shot by Bonifacio Tartalo in the 17th minute of play forced Ernesto Guevara SyD's goalkeeper Enzo Rodriguez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Reyes F.C.'s goalkeeper Fernando Isusko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pascual Bernat. 20 minutes into the match, Marcos Tirso notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Reyes F.C.'s Fernando Isusko. Fernando Isusko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Beto Almadas short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Fernando Isusko to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 26 minutes into the match, Reyes F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Bernat came free, but Fernando Isusko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enzo Rodriguez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 31st minute Reyes F.C. were awarded a corner. Teodosio Ucedo went to the cornerflag to take it. After 37 minutes, Beto Almada mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ernesto Guevara SyD and the Reyes F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ernesto Guevara SyD's Beto Almada got a free kick in the 37th minute. Fernando Isusko made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Pascual Bernat sent off a good shot on target. In the 45th match minute, Ernesto Guevara SyD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartolo Errolan to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Beto Almada to make the kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Pascual Bernat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Reyes F.C.'s Fernando Isusko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erik Alberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Enzo Rodriguez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
