Damian Frantzes was slow to take the kick. During this time C. A. Balnearia's players had a chance to rest. C. A. Balnearia's Damian Frantzes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lastra Pinga in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 13 minutes into the match, C. Balnearia's supporters rose to their feet, but Abelardo Vistruario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lastra Pinga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emilio Tartalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elano de Sousa in the 25th minute of play. Vassilis Vonortas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A sloppy throw-in by Severino Nuxila in the 32nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s Bona Corona. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Erubiel Xabel kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Vassilis Vonortas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emilio Tartalo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vassilis Vonortas in the 53rd minute. When Vassilis Vonortas fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s protests and gave Vassilis Vonortas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th minute, Vassilis Vonortas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 70 played minutes Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√ got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Barea. C. A. Balnearia's Mauro Todor was substituted for Damian Frantzes. Jacinto Barea made in the 72nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Elano de Sousa however managed to control. Vassilis Vonortass short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Emilio Tartalo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tugay Özyurek in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lastra Pinga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lastra Pinga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tugay Özyurek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88thth minute of the game Tugay Özyurek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√'s Lastra Pinga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Vassilis Vonortas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emilio Tartalo, 2-1. C. A. Balnearia made a substitution. Lino Abechuco replaced Tugay Özyurek.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Đ∈p○rㄒﺃν○ ∈kдㄒ○m√ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for C. A. Balnearia.
