Mesere's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rivermania FC the free kick. A collision led to Mesere getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Millrick Ballestero hit a great ball. Cecilio Senin, 20 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Fermin Ahedo kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Astor Edur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rivermania FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Astor Edur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zayveon Mazariegos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Mesere getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Inko Sagrario hit a great ball. Zayveon Mazariegos came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Rivermania FC's Pastor Lorencio. But to his dismay, Pastor Lorencio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 47th minute, Serafino Chuan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xosepin Uruñuela stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Astor Edur had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zayveon Mazariegos. Mesere's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Astor Edur was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. When Eate Azcaraso fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mesere's protests and gave Eate Azcaraso a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th match minute, Mesere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eate Azcaraso to maneuver through the defense. After 68 played minutes Mesere got a freekick which was hit by Innocenzio Barcenas. After 70 played minutes Mesere got a freekick which was hit by Eate Azcaraso. In the 75th minute, Edgard Maya made a precise shot to the right of Donato Fliz. Rivermania FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Edgard Maya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Fliz having to interfere. In the 85th match minute, Mesere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Millrick Ballestero to maneuver through the defense. Zayveon Mazariegos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Lorencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Mesere's Zayveon Mazariegos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Lorencio in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mesere fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rivermania FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
