Stanislaw Iwanowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dagoberto Machado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Bitelon FC - SAF's Albertinho Lopes got a free kick in the 21st minute. After having played for 25 minutes, Julian Ross managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KP Opel Kamień's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Ross was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes into the match, KP Opel Kamień's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Teles came free, but Stanislaw Iwanowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bitelon FC - SAF's Günalp Taştan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Ross in the 33rd minute of play. Waldemar Teles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Stanislaw Iwanowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldemar Teles, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 41st minute, Lucjan Figlewski fired a really elegant long shot, but Günalp Taştan threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Magno Carioca hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Ross was the one to do the kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Waldemar Teles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KP Opel Kamień's Stanislaw Iwanowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bitelon FC - SAF's Günalp Taştan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Ross in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute Julian Ross shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Günalp Taştan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes in the game Magno Carioca did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Albertinho Lopes. After 63 minutes of play, KP Opel Kamień's Julian Ross made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Günalp Taştan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Julian Ross blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Günalp Taştan having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Ross in the 72nd minute of play forced Bitelon FC - SAF's goalkeeper Günalp Taştan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Magno Carioca in the 76th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by KP Opel Kamień's Eloy Ogazón. Günalp Taştan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Ross in the 79th minute of play. In the 93rd minute Radomil Bochinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Günalp Taştan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Radomil Bochinski made a precise shot to the right of Günalp Taştan. Bitelon FC - SAF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The KP Opel Kamień fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bitelon FC - SAF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
