Biagio Polo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Segio, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guido Bautista in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Biagio Polo saved Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio from getting behind. Guido Bautista blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Biagio Polo having to make a save. In the 17th minute Guido Bautista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Polo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Angelo Del Bello in the 19th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Club Almirante Brown's Oscar Abascal. 20 minutes into the match, Guido Bautista notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio's Biagio Polo. Biagio Polo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio's Biagio Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Bautista in the 31st minute of play. In the 31st match minute, Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Grassi to maneuver through the defense. Guido Bautista blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Biagio Polo having to make a save. Biagio Polo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Bautista in the 34th minute of play. After some careless play in the Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio defense, Guido Bautista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Biagio Polo. The Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Biagio Polo should have stopped the shot. Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio's Biagio Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Bautista in the 42nd minute of play. If Guido Bautista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 44th minute Guido Bautista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Polo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Bautista in the 46th minute of play forced Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio's goalkeeper Biagio Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guido Bautista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Biagio Polo having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilfredo Segio made a kick off. Ermanno Valeri kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Biagio Polo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Nicanor Ceandro. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Bautista got free with Biagio Polo in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ciccio Melone got a throw-in 73 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ciro Tacco. A hard shot 75 in the game by Guido Bautista from a close distance when the talented Biagio Polo managed to make a qualified save. Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio's players were relieved. After 81 minutes, Beppe Bosso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio and the Club Almirante Brown players grew even worse after the yellow card. Beppe Bosso hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. The supporters of Club Almirante Brown booed when Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demetrio De Felice didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 85 minutes Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nicanor Ceandro who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Club Almirante Brown's corner Nicanor Ceandro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Biagio Polo quite easily take care of the ball. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio's goalkeeper Biagio Polo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio's Biagio Polo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio from getting a goal against them. Club Almirante Brown played a much better game than Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio and deserved their victory. The Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
