The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio's Biagio Polo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio from getting a goal against them. After 6 minutes Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ali Erdem Helvacıoğlu who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Ali Erdem Helvacıoğlu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Biagio Polo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Beppe Alati during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Beppe Alati kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Federico Fanfarone made in the 8th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Dennis Grassi however managed to control. With his leg Biagio Polo managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Billesholm's Knut Danielsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Billesholm's Jonathan Orozco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Grassi in the 15th minute of play. After 17th play minutes Börje Deckberg shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Biagio Polo and just under the crossbar into goal. Knut Danielssons short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Biagio Polo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Knut Danielsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Biagio Polo having to make a save. Jonathan Orozco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carter Croce in the 30th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Knut Danielsson sped through Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Biagio Polo. Knut Danielsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Biagio Polo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Knut Danielsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Börje Deckberg did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Biagio Polo 41 minutes into the match. In the 47thth minute of the game Börje Deckberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio's Biagio Polo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Beppe Bosso was the one to do the kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Knut Danielsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio's Biagio Polo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 孔峰伟 hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute of the match Beppe Bosso shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Orozco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio's goalkeeper Biagio Polo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Domenico Allegretti made in the 61st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Federico Fanfarone. After a rather tough play, Billesholm's Knut Danielsson got a free kick in the 66th minute. After 68 minutes, Carter Croce mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio and the Billesholm players grew even worse after the yellow card. Billesholm made a substitution. Sven Caspersson replaced Eugeniusz Huchro. Knut Danielsson scored 5-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Biagio Polo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 82 minutes into the game, Knut Danielsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Biagio Polo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Knut Danielsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Biagio Polo having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Knut Danielsson in the 89th minute of play forced Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio's goalkeeper Biagio Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Orozco came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio's Ciro Tacco. But to his dismay, Ciro Tacco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Billesholm fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sole e Mezzaluna Calcio had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
