The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 31 minutes, Constantin Bâlea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Acatar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Constantin Bâlea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 33 minutes of play, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Yannik Keitel made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ekhemos Kezdoglou was left in no man's land by his defense there! 41 minutes into the match, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Constantin Bâlea came free, but Niklas Sauter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Acatar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Constantin Bâlea in the 42nd minute. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Niklas Sauter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save SC Freiburg 1904 e.V. from getting a goal against them. When Vlad Oardă fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Acatar's protests and gave Vlad Oardă a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th minute, Vlad Oardă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the match, Kaspar Bretzel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ekhemos Kezdoglou. FC Acatar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kaspar Bretzel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Alin Chiru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niklas Sauter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Ekhemos Kezdoglou didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kaspar Bretzel went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s Kaspar Bretzel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ekhemos Kezdoglou. That made the score 0-4 after 83 minutes of play. 88 minutes into the match, SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Constantin Bâlea came free, but Niklas Sauter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kaspar Bretzel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekhemos Kezdoglou having to interfere. SC Freiburg 1904 e.V.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
