The supporters of Imbituba - FSCMZ booed when Anga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedicto Cordarrel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner ended in Jailson Alves almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Anga FC's Tomas Baldovino did a great save. Vítor Saraiva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Tomas Baldovino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renan da Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anga FC's Vinicio Lander was substituted for Marcial Quintyn. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Imbituba - FSCMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aabel Ladva was slow to take the kick. During this time Anga FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Anga FC's corner Aabel Ladva fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vítor Saraiva quite easily take care of the ball. Jarne Vrancken who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Vítor Saraiva when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
