The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Through an outstanding action, after 4 minutes, Patrick Armstrong successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 4th minute, Luís Fernando Vides reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Patrick Armstrong. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 9th minute, Robert Ununger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Otávio Dante was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Patrick Armstrong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicasio Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrick Armstrong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Abreu in the 20th minute of play. ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Abreu in the 21st minute of play. With an all-out effort, Jaru-Uaru's Patrick Armstrong threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wincenty Gendolla, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 27 minutes into the match, Jaru-Uaru's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Linkhorst came free, but Otávio Dante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 30th minute of play forced Jaru-Uaru's goalkeeper Otávio Dante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Otávio Dante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Våleman in the 35th minute of the match. Nicasio Abreu in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Patrick Armstrong, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Nicasio Abreu had several of the ManagerZone Crew's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 37 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Patrick Armstrong as he didn't even see the shot coming. A collision led to ManagerZone Crew getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Andreas Spante hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Jaru-Uaru's Thiago Cardoso got a free kick in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Patrick Armstrong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Abreu in the 51st minute of the match. In the 51st minute, Nicasio Abreu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jaru-Uaru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Fernando Vides during the 55th minute.
