Marcus Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ove Salkvist in the 7th minute of the match. Ove Salkvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcus Ekrot came out and tried to block the shot, but Ove Salkvist slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. 17 minutes into the match, BK Gubbhöft's goal looked a bit too open when Emmanuel Dennis came free, but Isaac Jonasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ove Salkvist. Isaac Jonasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Mutumba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isaac Jonasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Micucci in the 28th minute of play. With an all-out effort, BK Gubbhöft's Marcus Ekrot threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ciro Incendio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 32 minutes into the match, BK Gubbhöft's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Indalecio came free, but Isaac Jonasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BK Gubbhöft's Isaac Jonasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Mutumba in the 34th minute of play. Marcus Ekrot was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ove Salkvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 35 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Mutumba in the 38th minute of play forced BK Gubbhöft's goalkeeper Isaac Jonasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ove Salkvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus Ekrot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Ove Salkvist dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marcus Ekrot, 4-0. The supporters of BK Gubbhöft booed when Vykans Vikingar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tage Glanselius didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martin Mutumba made a kick off. After 54 played minutes Vykans Vikingar got a freekick which was hit by Tage Glanselius. 57 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Ove Salkvist came free, but Marcus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ove Salkvist in the 62nd minute of play forced Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Tage Glanselius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BK Gubbhöft's Victor Blue was substituted for Sten Hydén. Marcus Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidel Veronica in the 70th minute of the match. Jonas Ahlin struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Marcus Ekrot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Gubbhöft. Vykans Vikingar made a substitution. Börje Stål replaced Emmanuel Dennis. Marcus Ekrot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fidel Veronica's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Isaac Jonasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Mutumba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Ahlin, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Vykans Vikingar made a substitution. Genaro Remicio replaced Alessandro Micucci. BK Gubbhöft's Brian Alströmmer managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hugo Eden in the 84 minute of the game. 87 minutes into the match, Fidel Veronica had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcus Ekrot. Vykans Vikingar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fidel Veronica was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. When BK Gubbhöft's Fidel Veronica in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vykans Vikingar's goalie prevented a goal. Börje Stål kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Veronica in the 96th minute of play forced Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Marcus Ekrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vykans Vikingar's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
