In the 10th minute, Ove Salkvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrik Fagrell was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ove Salkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Patrik Fagrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ove Salkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Aleksander Kjellqvist made in the 17th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by BK Gubbhöft's Brian Alströmmer. Ove Salkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the match, BK Gubbhöft's Ove Salkvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patrik Fagrell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Patrik Fagrell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ove Salkvist's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in BK Ugglan fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 36th minute. Penalty! Patrik Fagrell had in the 37thth minute some difficulties stopping Ove Salkvist's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wilhelm Kinnman during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ove Salkvist took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patrik Fagrell. Patrik Fagrell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Olle Björn made in the 43rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ove Salkvist immediately put the ball in play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thomas Sundberg was the one to do the kick off. When Urban Wennerlund fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BK Ugglan's protests and gave Urban Wennerlund a yellow card for diving instead. After 52 played minutes BK Ugglan got a freekick which was hit by Urban Wennerlund. Ove Salkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 59 minutes, Sten Hydén managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BK Gubbhöft's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sten Hydén was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. BK Gubbhöft made a substitution. Victor Blue replaced Sten Hydén. Patrik Fagrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Veronica, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute Thomas Sundberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Jonasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilhelm Kinnman kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Jonas Ahlin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Patrik Fagrell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of BK Gubbhöft booed when BK Ugglan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakob Hedlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind BK Ugglan's goalkeeper Patrik Fagrell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With an all-out effort, BK Gubbhöft's Patrik Fagrell threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fidel Veronica, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. BK Ugglan's Patrik Fagrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Veronica in the 78th minute of play. BK Gubbhöft's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ciro Incendio in the 79th minute. Patrik Fagrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidel Veronica in the 81st minute of the match. A well-hit corner resulted in Victor Blue heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After a defensive mix-up in BK Gubbhöft's zone, Wilhelm Kinnman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaac Jonasson came out of the goal and Wilhelm Kinnman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patrik Fagrell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fidel Veronica's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Jim Kråk hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Patrik Fagrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Veronica in the 92nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fidel Veronica in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patrik Fagrell saved BK Ugglan from getting behind. 94 minutes had been played when some careless play by BK Ugglan's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ciro Incendio was slow to take the kick. During this time BK Gubbhöft's players had a chance to rest. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind BK Ugglan's goalkeeper Patrik Fagrell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
