In the 2nd match minute, Barrenta SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fellipe Lago to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Barrenta SC's Luiz Paulo do Valle got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Valdemar Cabral kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustín Tastzian in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlo Amadei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Barrenta SC's Patric Isaksson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Barrenta SC from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agustín Tastzian in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlo Amadei saved Las Momias F. C. from getting behind. Barrenta SC were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Las Momias F. C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luiz Paulo do Valle took the corner. The corner led Barrenta SC's Wellington de Godoi to fire away a dangerous shot which Carlo Amadei despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Patric Isaksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matheus Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute Agustín Tastzian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlo Amadei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rogelio Fernado got free with Patric Isaksson in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustín Tastzian in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlo Amadei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 33 minutes into the game, one of Las Momias F. C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Luiz Paulo do Valle shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Agustín Tastzian might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlo Amadei. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agustín Tastzian ran back to his position shaking his head. Di Marinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlo Amadei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. The supporters of Barrenta SC booed when Las Momias F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Bartuelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rogelio Fernado was the one to do the kick off. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlo Amadei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Las Momias F. C.'s zone, Agustín Tastzian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlo Amadei came out of the goal and Agustín Tastzian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patric Isaksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Bartuelo in the 55th minute of the match. Las Momias F. C. were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after Barrenta SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Serter Bozlak took the corner. Las Momias F. C.'s Luisito Peli was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Patric Isaksson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 60 minutes, Nuno Arruda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barrenta SC and the Las Momias F. C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nuno Arruda kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Rogelio Fernado took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patric Isaksson. Patric Isaksson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0.
