In the 5th minute Karol Panasewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Israel Palben saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Aykut Aşkın came free, but Israel Palben reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner went over the outstretched arms of LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ's goalie and right to Hong Shi Wei. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Blue Mountain State's goalkeeper Robin Sharma, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karol Panasewicz in the 25th minute of play forced LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ's goalkeeper Israel Palben to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karol Panasewicz took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Israel Palben. Israel Palben dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Robin Sharma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eddie Vedder in the 43rd minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karol Panasewicz was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Karol Panasewicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Israel Palben was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Blue Mountain State's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 76th minute of the game, when Afşar Uçuk after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ's goal. Afşar Uçuk was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Israel Palben showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lionel-Andrés Messi, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After a rather tough play, LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ's Cao Yan Ao got a free kick in the 88th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Lionel Messia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robin Sharma. Blue Mountain State's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lionel Messia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Robin Sharma didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lionel Messia went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score.

Many of Blue Mountain State's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Blue Mountain State may have spent more time on the ball, but LOS PECES DEL INFIERNO Ψ were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
