Viseu United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 27 minutes into the match, Viseu United's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Colas came free, but Alexandrino Curado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Federico Colas in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexandrino Curado saved Viseu United from getting behind. Alexandrino Curado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Colas in the 34th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute Jose Gipuzkoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandrino Curado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gerwin Dongen during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 46 played minutes Viseu United got a freekick which was hit by Gerwin Dongen. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amado Salazar made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Federico Colas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexandrino Curado. Alexandrino Curado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acercate Y Patea de Lejos. Viseu United's Ziemowit Gdowski was substituted for Amado Salazar. Alexandrino Curado made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Federico Colas sent off a good shot on target.
