Thomás Mandrak helped the player get up and apologised. Wellington de Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Žydrūnas Pauža, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Arcadio Valdés fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mayhem Sharks's protests and gave Arcadio Valdés a yellow card for diving instead. Tayfun Tanfer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Dias in the 38th minute of the match. In the 46th match minute, Mayhem Sharks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arcadio Valdés to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Paulo José Garcia hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the match, Mayhem Sharks's goal looked a bit too open when Ján Novák came free, but Wellington de Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 75 minutes of play, MarineerS FK's Žydrūnas Pauža made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wellington de Almeida was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to MarineerS FK getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Tekin Batırhan hit a great ball. The supporters of MarineerS FK booed when Mayhem Sharks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ian Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mayhem Sharks's Wellington de Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davide Tonon in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Narciso Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tayfun Tanfer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Narciso Dias did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-1 to the left of a surprised Tayfun Tanfer 94 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. MarineerS FK fully deserved thier win.
