The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Mané Lara sped through Jataiense Futebol Clube's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sem Titulescu. Mané Lara took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sem Titulescu. Sem Titulescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 10 minutes into the game, Joinville United - FSCMZ's Mané Lara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sem Titulescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Borys Gruchacz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nino Maldini, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute, Candido Urbes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Borys Gruchacz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Joinville United - FSCMZ's Borys Gruchacz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Candido Urbes in the 19th minute of play. When Joinville United - FSCMZ's Mané Lara in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Joinville United - FSCMZ's Borys Gruchacz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nino Maldini in the 30th minute of play. Borys Gruchacz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualter Gulak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Joinville United - FSCMZ's Maurício Donatello sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sem Titulescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Mané Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Joinville United - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Lennart Khan hit a great ball. Candido Urbes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Borys Gruchacz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Candido Urbes in the 47th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Mané Lara made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Joinville United - FSCMZ's Fernando Vale got a free kick in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mané Lara in the 59th minute of play forced Jataiense Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Sem Titulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Borys Gruchacz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nino Maldini in the 62nd minute of the match. Fernando Vale hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Borys Gruchacz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualter Gulak in the 67th minute of play. Sem Titulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yang Hui Wen, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Jataiense Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Yang Hui Wen came free, but Sem Titulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 89 minutes of play, Joinville United - FSCMZ's Perivaldo de Lara made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sem Titulescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Perivaldo de Lara scored 7-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sem Titulescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Joinville United - FSCMZ's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
