When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aureliano Kaiet made a kick off. Freestylers's Christian Heckrath played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Quilino in the 52nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's Federico Ioritz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Christian Heckrath. That made the score 1-2 after 57 minutes of play. Florentino Garin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Mühlenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. A collision led to MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Haroldo Etor hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierre-André Ivanschitz in the 68th minute of play forced MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's goalkeeper Florentino Garin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dennis Mühlenberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Florentino Garin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 90th minute Niclas Metzler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florentino Garin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Freestylers supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's performance.
