Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Borislav Dragostinov kicked off to start the match. Erwin Bienvenu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 2nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz. La Masia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignác Mayer in the 4th minute of the match. If Borislav Dragostinov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zoltán Varga in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Gyál United's Zoltán Varga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, La Masia's Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz got control of the ball when Zoltán Varga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erwin Bienvenu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gyál United's Horaţiu Petran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Borislav Dragostinov in the 22nd minute of play. Zoltán Varga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erwin Bienvenu took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz. Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Erwin Bienvenu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Erwin Bienvenu really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 34th minute Erwin Bienvenu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Konstantinos Kroustallis could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz however easily saved by the left post. In the 38th minute, Roman Súrbakov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, La Masia's Zhelyazko Madzhunov got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 41st minute, Zoltán Varga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Gyál United's zone, Borislav Dragostinov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horaţiu Petran came out of the goal and Borislav Dragostinov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zoltán Varga to make the kick off. A collision led to La Masia getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Zapryan Patzov hit a great ball. If Borislav Dragostinov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Gyál United's goalkeeper Horaţiu Petran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Borislav Dragostinov. 65 minutes into the match, Konstantinos Kroustallis notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of La Masia's Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz. Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Gyál United's Grigore Stoicu got a free kick in the 69th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Konstantinos Kroustallis in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz saved La Masia from getting behind. Horaţiu Petran made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Borislav Dragostinov sent off a good shot on target. Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erwin Bienvenu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gyál United's Zoltán Varga in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Masia's goalie prevented a goal. Gyál United's Horaţiu Petran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Borislav Dragostinov in the 86th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as La Masia's Borislav Dragostinov slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Horaţiu Petran. That made the score 4-1 after 86 minutes of play. In the 91st minute Zoltán Varga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zdzislaw Chwalkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Masia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
