Cevahir Ulutan made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Vacib 林义义 sent off a good shot on target. 24 minutes into the match, Gyál United's goal looked a bit too open when Ercüment Yay came free, but Horaţiu Petran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Korhan Mahsun in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horaţiu Petran saved Gyál United from getting behind. After 28 played minutes EsTeRGoN got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Filiz. Gyál United's Horaţiu Petran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ercüment Yay in the 30th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vacib 林义义 got free with Cevahir Ulutan in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ercüment Yay might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horaţiu Petran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ercüment Yay ran back to his position shaking his head. When EsTeRGoN's Ercüment Yay in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
