If Pan Wei Quan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Du Ning Zhi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pan Wei Quan in the 9th minute of play. Horaţiu Babarada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Joar Scheie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Du Ning Zhi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven-Olof Vestlund's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★'s goalkeeper Du Ning Zhi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Sven-Olof Vestlund kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Du Ning Zhi. That made the score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. CAN ERZURUM's Joar Scheie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augustin Herlea in the 24th minute of play. Sven-Olof Vestlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Olof Vestlund got free with Du Ning Zhi in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 37th minute of the match CAN ERZURUM got a corner. SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mehmet Poyraz ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★'s goalie and right to Su Jing Cheng. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Sven-Olof Vestlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 40 minutes into the match, SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★'s goalkeeper Du Ning Zhi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sven-Olof Vestlund. 41 minutes into the match, CAN ERZURUM's goal looked a bit too open when Horaţiu Babarada came free, but Joar Scheie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute Ilie Teodor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Scheie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mehmet Şefik Karadağ kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The supporters of SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★ booed when CAN ERZURUM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Şefik Karadağ didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Sven-Olof Vestlund made the kick off in the second half. Joar Scheie made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mahsun Koçaş in the 53rd minute. Augustin Herlea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Joar Scheie made a huge save. If Sven-Olof Vestlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The CAN ERZURUM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. An unexpected shot in the 70th minute by Ilie Teodor got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 75th minute, Sven-Olof Vestlund made a precise shot to the right of Du Ning Zhi. SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. CAN ERZURUM made a substitution. Vítor Hugo replaced Baba Popescu. Ilie Teodor came free with the goalkeeper in the 79th minute of the match, and shot straight on target.
