But to his dismay, Sacha Lilley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Dorio Laje took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marek Brayford, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sacha Lilley scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dorio Laje, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 26 minutes into the match, U21 Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Sacha Lilley came free, but Dorio Laje reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorio Laje showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sacha Lilley in the 26th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Ximun Zaldos managed to get in a good position for a shot. U21 Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Ximun Zaldos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ian Little breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, U21 Venezuela's Rosio Tineo got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Sacha Lilley blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dorio Laje having to make a save. Dorio Laje made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sacha Lilley in the 35th minute of play. Dorio Laje made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Pieler in the 39th minute of play. The U21 Venezuela players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Astreix&ObelixSoccer were winning 0-3.

U21 Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Anton Pieler scored to the left of an out of position Dorio Laje, making the score, 0-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sacha Lilley in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dorio Laje saved U21 Venezuela from getting behind. Sacha Lilley blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dorio Laje having to make a save. U21 Venezuela made a substitution. Xandro Zubillaga replaced Bizen Eguia. U21 Venezuela's Timothy Flyte was substituted for Cristian Avina. In the 70th minute of the match Astreix&ObelixSoccer got a corner. U21 Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Andrejs Upītis ran over to the corner to take the kick. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Andrejs Upītis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dorio Laje in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dorio Laje made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank McLintock in the 74th minute. A hard shot 79 in the game by Sacha Lilley from a close distance when the talented Dorio Laje managed to make a qualified save. U21 Venezuela's players were relieved. Stig Svanberg hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Ian Little made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xandro Zubillaga in the 82nd minute of play. After taking down the ball on U21 Venezuela's corner Ximun Zaldos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ian Little quite easily take care of the ball. Dorio Laje made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank McLintock in the 86th minute. Ian Little showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xandro Zubillaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Astreix&ObelixSoccer's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ximun Zaldos was slow to take the kick. During this time U21 Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. Andrea Maldini hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Dorio Laje made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sacha Lilley in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute of the match, Frank McLintock tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dorio Laje saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 95 played minutes U21 Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Ximun Zaldos. The U21 Venezuela supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Astreix&ObelixSoccer's performance. The match ended with a win for Astreix&ObelixSoccer.
