São Salvador's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Jerry Uchiha scored to the left of an out of position Dieguinho Leite, making the score, 1-5. Dieguinho Leite made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerry Uchiha in the 92nd minute. Joinville Esporte Clube's A.J. 韩文海 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vito Veloso in the 93rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Jerry Uchiha sped through São Salvador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dieguinho Leite. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Joinville Esporte Clube had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
