Emilian Bădila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pastor Oriche stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Filip Hosu's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Camilo Hernandez during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th minute, Camilo Hernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute of the match Costin Ailioaiei sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pastor Oriche skillfully saved the ball. After 21 played minutes Formentera got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Ado. Rolando Ado was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 27 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, one of Formentera:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Formentera. Formentera:s Pastor Oriche showed great skill when he stopped Costin Ailioaiei:s penalty. The referee felt a red card was in order, 30 minutes into the game, when Aurelian Giurcă put in a rough tackle. Raul Urtats walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The supporters of FC Cosula-BTF- booed when Formentera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Remicio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute, Costin Ailioaiei made a precise shot to the right of Pastor Oriche. Formentera's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 41 minutes into the game, Julio Servando was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Formentera's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Cosula-BTF- the free kick. After a rather tough play, Formentera's Julio Servando got a free kick in the 41st minute. Isidoro Gimenez hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filip Hosu made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, FC Cosula-BTF-'s goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Remicio came free, but Ovidiu Marin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Formentera's goal looked a bit too open when Costin Ailioaiei came free, but Pastor Oriche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th match minute, Formentera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Nikola to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Costin Ailioaiei in the 66th minute really tested Pastor Oriche's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Irinel Irimescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Pastor Oriche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Cosula-BTF- made a substitution. Vintilă Bădescu replaced Dacian Jurăscu. In the 78th minute, Raul Urtats hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pastor Oriche came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Cosula-BTF-'s Filip Hosu. But to his dismay, Filip Hosu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Costin Ailioaiei, 82 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The supporters of FC Cosula-BTF- booed when Formentera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Hernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Cosula-BTF- had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
