In the 21st minute Zeca Esteves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualter Secco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeca Esteves in the 26th minute of play forced Águia Real FC's goalkeeper Gualter Secco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danilo Mendonça was shown his second yellow card after 26 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Luís Eduardo de Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Ospin having to interfere. Águia Real FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Claudinho Teles ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Luís Eduardo de Amaral fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Águia Real FC's protests and gave Luís Eduardo de Amaral a yellow card for diving instead. After 60 played minutes Águia Real FC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Eduardo de Amaral. In the 61st minute of the match Claudinho Teles shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gualter Secco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zeca Esteves in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gualter Secco saved Águia Real FC from getting behind. When Fabiano Martins came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Águia Real FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabiano Martins couldn't finish the play. Águia Real FC's Gualter Secco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Águia Real FC from getting a goal against them. 71 minutes into the match, Águia Real FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zeca Esteves came free, but Gualter Secco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anfilogino Serra during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Morabem EC's Anfilogino Serra got a free kick in the 75th minute. Morabem EC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
