Kris Markcrow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Broman in the 7th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Fotas's goal looked a bit too open when Kristian Broman came free, but Kris Markcrow reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Börje Ekström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Will, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 14th match minute, REAL SVANTE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andréas Smitt to maneuver through the defense. If Keefe Brennan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. REAL SVANTE were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Fotas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Matthias Valler took the corner. A well done corner resulted in Tomas Brander drilling the ball in to score 0-1 behind Fotas's goalkeeper. In the 27th minute, Keefe Brennan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Börje Ekström. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 29th minute Dugald Bowen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börje Ekström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Matthias Valler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gunnar Lindman hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. A collision led to Fotas getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Dugald Bowen hit a great ball. Kristian Broman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kris Markcrow having to interfere. REAL SVANTE's Kjell Ström got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 46 minutes into the match, Fotas's goal looked a bit too open when Kristian Broman came free, but Kris Markcrow reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Matthias Valler made a kick off. REAL SVANTE's Börje Ekström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keefe Brennan in the 53rd minute of play. When Matthias Valler came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the REAL SVANTE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matthias Valler couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Fotas getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Rick Fessey hit a great ball. In the 57th minute of the match Matthias Valler shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kris Markcrow showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dugald Bowen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Börje Ekström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Börje Ekström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brook Obree, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. If Kevin Will had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matthias Valler succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 65th playminute. Kevin Will struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Börje Ekström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fotas. After 72 minutes of play, Fotas's Dugald Bowen made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Börje Ekström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kris Markcrow showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell Ström, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Fotas's Kris Markcrow proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Fotas from getting a goal against them. Fotas's Kris Markcrow played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthias Valler in the 87th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in REAL SVANTE's zone, Keefe Brennan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Börje Ekström came out of the goal and Keefe Brennan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Alex Palmington had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neither Fotas or REAL SVANTE succeeded in finding a winner during the second half. That meant the players faced another 30 minutes of extra-time.
After having played for 100 minutes, Alex Palmington managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fotas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Palmington was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Fotas booed when REAL SVANTE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 103 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunnar Lindman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 103rd minute of the match Keefe Brennan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Börje Ekström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kris Markcrow took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell Ström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Börje Ekström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Will in the 108th minute of the match. After 109 played minutes Fotas got a freekick which was hit by Rick Fessey. Kristian Broman scored 2-3 in the 115th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kris Markcrow, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
