A collision led to Molassana getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Alfonso De Angelis hit a great ball. Brankec Florjanc might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enrico Di Carlo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Brankec Florjanc ran back to his position shaking his head. Amerigo Ali hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Enrico Di Carlo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Slobodan Vučić in the 5th minute. Corrado Pasquale took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kamenko Kolman. Kamenko Kolman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, NK GESTAPO's goal looked a bit too open when Carlo De Felice came free, but Kamenko Kolman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Brankec Florjanc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jošt Koenig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrico Di Carlo having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, NK GESTAPO's goal looked a bit too open when Carlo De Felice came free, but Kamenko Kolman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When NK GESTAPO's Brankec Florjanc in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 33rd minute Corrado Pasquale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamenko Kolman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, NK GESTAPO's Slobodan Vučić got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Carlo De Felice scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kamenko Kolman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44thth minute of the game Brankec Florjanc who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Molassana's Enrico Di Carlo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
Jošt Koenig struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Enrico Di Carlo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NK GESTAPO. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jošt Koenig in the 56th minute of play forced Molassana's goalkeeper Enrico Di Carlo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. NK GESTAPO's Kamenko Kolman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlo De Felice in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brankec Florjanc in the 61st minute of play forced Molassana's goalkeeper Enrico Di Carlo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Molassana were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after NK GESTAPO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carlo De Felice took the corner. Carlo De Felice made a great header on Molassana's corner, it was just that NK GESTAPO's Kamenko Kolman managed to reach the ball for a save. 66 minutes into the match, Amadej Zupet notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Molassana's Enrico Di Carlo. Enrico Di Carlo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The goalkeeper, Kamenko Kolman, was totally fooled by Molassana's Corrado Pasquale, who 83 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Biagio Ritacco kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, NK GESTAPO's Đuro Savenc seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Đuro Savenc the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of NK GESTAPO protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Đuro Savenc had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 93 minutes into the match, NK GESTAPO's goal looked a bit too open when Corrado Pasquale came free, but Kamenko Kolman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bianco Di Piazza's late challenge caught a NK GESTAPO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bianco Di Piazza helped the player get up and apologised. In the 98th minute, Bianco Di Piazza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to NK GESTAPO getting a freekick after 99 minutes play. Amadej Zupet hit a great ball.
Molassana's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
