The KN ZGORZELEC fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when KN ZGORZELEC's Wessel Bos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Wessel Bos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edward Slazak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kazimierz Chrobak's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. FC MARKUS's Edward Slazak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wessel Bos in the 16th minute of play. Edward Slazak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wessel Bos's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. 24 minutes into the match, Borys Karaszkiewicz notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FC MARKUS's Edward Slazak. Edward Slazak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edward Slazak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimierz Chrobak, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. KN ZGORZELEC's Emilio Shepherd proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save KN ZGORZELEC from getting a goal against them. After 33 minutes, Wessel Bos made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. FC MARKUS's Edward Slazak tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th minute Kazimierz Chrobak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Slazak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KN ZGORZELEC were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after FC MARKUS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariusz Kaleta took the corner. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Emilio Shepherd successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Emilio Shepherd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gandalf Head, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC MARKUS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pawel Sikola in the 47th minute. A nice corner shot did that Pawel Sikola got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emilio Shepherd quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gandalf Head to make the kick off. Wessel Bos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Edward Slazak when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 51 minutes, Wessel Bos made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. FC MARKUS's Edward Slazak tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wessel Bos in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edward Slazak saved FC MARKUS from getting behind. Edward Slazak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wessel Bos in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Teobald Jeziorkowski notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of KN ZGORZELEC's Emilio Shepherd. Emilio Shepherd was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Gandalf Head managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC MARKUS's supporters rose to their feet, but Gandalf Head was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilio Shepherd breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Karaszkiewicz in the 69th minute of play forced FC MARKUS's goalkeeper Edward Slazak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariusz Kaleta kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After some careless play in the FC MARKUS defense, Wessel Bos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edward Slazak. The FC MARKUS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edward Slazak should have stopped the shot. In the 77th minute of the match FC MARKUS got a corner. KN ZGORZELEC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pawel Sikola ran over to the corner to take the kick. Edward Slazak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wessel Bos's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Wessel Bos put it in 2-6 from a short distance just to the right of Edward Slazak. With a little luck, FC MARKUS's Edward Slazak got control of the ball when Wessel Bos tried to sneak it across the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, KN ZGORZELEC's goal looked a bit too open when Teobald Jeziorkowski came free, but Emilio Shepherd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wessel Boss short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Edward Slazak to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Wessel Bos did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-7 to the left of a surprised Edward Slazak 86 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, Borys Karaszkiewicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st minute, Teobald Jeziorkowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to KN ZGORZELEC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Eugeniusz Kociniewski hit a great ball. Gandalf Head fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Shepherd having to interfere.
