Maxim Tsigalko ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 13th minute Maxim Tsigalko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingemar Åberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vince Di Cola was a little too slow when Petter Skarkman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 1-2. The audience was convinced that Maxim Tsigalko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ingemar Åberg was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxim Tsigalko in the 26th minute of play forced Protegéerna's goalkeeper Ingemar Åberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andres Gergori kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute of the match Michael Näver shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vince Di Cola showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Vince Di Cola made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Petter Skarkman sent off a good shot on target. Vince Di Cola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petter Skarkman in the 40th minute of play. Vince Di Cola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Python in the 42nd minute of the match. Petter Skarkman came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vince Di Cola could save by the left post. Ingemar Åberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxim Tsigalko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maxim Tsigalko made a kick off. Paolo-César Maldini kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Samurai's Vince Di Cola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petter Skarkman in the 56th minute of play. Rutger Vallander kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Samurai's goal looked a bit too open when Petter Skarkman came free, but Vince Di Cola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee ignored Samurai's protests and gave Andres Gergori a yellow card for diving instead. In the 68th minute, Andres Gergori hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maxim Tsigalko got free with Ingemar Åberg in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Samurai booed when Protegéerna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xu Yi Chong didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maxim Tsigalko didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-3 via right post in the game's 88th minute. Samurai's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! In the 95th match minute, Samurai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andres Gergori to maneuver through the defense. The Protegéerna supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Samurai's performance. The match ended with a win for Samurai.
