The Lε COCO SρσяtiV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laureano Matia should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karlos Ahumada got free with Laureano Matia in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A nice corner shot did that Tor Reyes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Laureano Matia quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Carmelo Tiniebra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Carmelo Tiniebra made a precise shot to the right of Gregory House. SICARIOS Fútbol Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Lε COCO SρσяtiV's zone, Mario Alberto Millar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laureano Matia came out of the goal and Mario Alberto Millar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Honorio Bernaldo came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Lε COCO SρσяtiV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorio Bernaldo couldn't finish the play. Andreo Tolhauzsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 44 minutes, Carmelo Tiniebra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carmelo Tiniebra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Lε COCO SρσяtiV were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Honorio Bernaldo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gregory House firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 53rd play minute Carmelo Tiniebra came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gregory House. 1-3. Tor Reyes hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Laureano Matia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreo Tolhauzsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the match, Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Carmelo Tiniebra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gregory House narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Geraldo Bezerra was substituted for Carmelo Tiniebra. Lε COCO SρσяtiV were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after SICARIOS Fútbol Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Melchor Favila took the corner. In the 85th minute, Mario Alberto Millar made a precise shot to the right of Laureano Matia. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3.
