The supporters of FC Berea booed when Galáctico Azul FC™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Vincente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eric Dărmănescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Enrique Belasko. Galáctico Azul FC™'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 5th minute, Galáctico Azul FC™'s Jose Tiso seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jose Tiso the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Galáctico Azul FC™ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jose Tiso had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 5 played minutes Galáctico Azul FC™ got a freekick which was hit by Jose Tiso. Basarab Arotăriței struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Enrique Belasko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Berea. 9 minutes into the match, FC Berea's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Celino came free, but Aristide Mârzac reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Basarab Arotăriței hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Aristide Mârzac took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Celino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victor Rotariu during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Victor Rotariu kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Aristide Mârzac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Celino in the 17th minute of play. Erasmo Celino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute, Eric Dărmănescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Galáctico Azul FC™ getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Flavio Vincente hit a great ball. After 39 played minutes FC Berea got a freekick which was hit by Eric Dărmănescu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Batista in the 40th minute of play forced FC Berea's goalkeeper Aristide Mârzac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horea Panaitoiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Enrique Belasko made a huge save. In the 46th minute, Erasmo Celino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aristide Mârzac was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
In the 52ndth minute of the game Basarab Arotăriței who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galáctico Azul FC™'s Enrique Belasko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Flavio Vincente might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aristide Mârzac. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Flavio Vincente ran back to his position shaking his head. Basarab Arotăriței received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Enrique Belasko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 58 played minutes Galáctico Azul FC™ got a freekick which was hit by Bernabe Niva. Basarab Arotăriței took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Enrique Belasko. Galáctico Azul FC™'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 61 minutes, Erasmo Celino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galáctico Azul FC™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Erasmo Celino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Enrique Belasko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mădălin Săliştean in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Vincente in the 65th minute of play forced FC Berea's goalkeeper Aristide Mârzac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Casimiro Ellande managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galáctico Azul FC™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Casimiro Ellande was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aristide Mârzac breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 74 minutes into the match, Galáctico Azul FC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Basarab Arotăriței came free, but Enrique Belasko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olimpiu Tapalagă in the 76th minute of play forced Galáctico Azul FC™'s goalkeeper Enrique Belasko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Galáctico Azul FC™'s Aristide Mârzac threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Erasmo Celino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 88th minute, Basarab Arotăriței got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eric Dărmănescu hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Celino in the 96th minute of play forced FC Berea's goalkeeper Aristide Mârzac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Galáctico Azul FC™ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
