After a defensive mix-up in Falkenhide F.C's zone, Necmi Okutman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reiner Schwanitz came out of the goal and Necmi Okutman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reiner Schwanitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Necmi Okutman in the 4th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ioannis Breitmacher during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC GG booed when Falkenhide F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ioannis Breitmacher didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, FC GG's Reiner Schwanitz threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Savaş Kayraalp, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 9 minutes in the game, Necmi Okutman fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Reiner Schwanitz having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Necmi Okutman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reiner Schwanitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Melih Kayaer's late challenge caught a Falkenhide F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
