When Raí de Sena came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Marumby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raí de Sena couldn't finish the play. Vitinho do Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Hortêncio Mota didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 29th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Marumby's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SHINERAY FC - DMZ the free kick. After a rather tough play, Marumby's Vito Prata got a free kick in the 89th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Vitinho do Nascimento successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. SHINERAY FC - DMZ succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Marumby had controlled the match.
