The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Quinnys Disco Pants's Sly Harrison proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Quinnys Disco Pants from getting a goal against them. Eustaquio Carballeira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Sly Harrison when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Eustaquio Carballeira had several of the Quinnys Disco Pants's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 11 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Sly Harrison as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 15th minute, Miles Wilkins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Carballeira in the 16th minute of play forced Quinnys Disco Pants's goalkeeper Sly Harrison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Quinnys Disco Pants's zone, Igor Valdivia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sly Harrison came out of the goal and Igor Valdivia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Quinnys Disco Pants getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Miles Wilkins hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Quinnys Disco Pants's goalkeeper Sly Harrison had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zuri Turienzo. Quinnys Disco Pants's Sly Harrison proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Quinnys Disco Pants from getting a goal against them. Deon Harrison kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Igor Valdivia took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sly Harrison. Sly Harrison dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 33 minutes into the match, Couto Mixto F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Dale Lawton came free, but Arturo Baños reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Eustaquio Carballeira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zuri Turienzo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 37th minute. Couto Mixto F.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 40 minutes into the match, Quinnys Disco Pants's goalkeeper Sly Harrison had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Valdivia. In the 41stth minute of the game Eustaquio Carballeira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quinnys Disco Pants's Sly Harrison was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Couto Mixto F.C. booed when Quinnys Disco Pants was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacob Worrall didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Zuri Turienzo notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Quinnys Disco Pants's Sly Harrison. Sly Harrison was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Couto Mixto F.C.'s Eustaquio Carballeira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sly Harrison. That made the score 4-0 after 46 minutes of play.

The wind increased when Eustaquio Carballeira made the kick off in the second half. Zuri Turienzo scored 5-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sly Harrison, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Eustaquio Carballeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jacob Worrall fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quinnys Disco Pants's protests and gave Jacob Worrall a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Quinnys Disco Pants's Jacob Worrall got a free kick in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Carballeira in the 61st minute of play forced Quinnys Disco Pants's goalkeeper Sly Harrison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute Eustaquio Carballeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sly Harrison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quinnys Disco Pants's Sly Harrison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Carballeira in the 88th minute of play. If Leopoldo Flores had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sly Harrison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Carballeira in the 91st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Eustaquio Carballeira put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Sly Harrison. If Eustaquio Carballeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Couto Mixto F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
