Nelsonteam's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martín Cabezon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Rai Villalcazar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apolo Dimas, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. When Eustaquio Palban fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Cavern Club's protests and gave Eustaquio Palban a yellow card for diving instead. After 22 played minutes The Cavern Club got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Palban. The long shot by Carlos Solera in the 23rd minute really tested Juan Natal's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Norberto Mayor hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Matia in the 27th minute of play forced Nelsonteam's goalkeeper Rai Villalcazar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 30 minutes, Victoriano Rojelio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Cavern Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victoriano Rojelio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rai Villalcazar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Matia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rai Villalcazar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Matia, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as The Cavern Club's Victoriano Rojelio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rai Villalcazar. That made the score 0-4 after 60 minutes of play. Apolo Dimas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juan Natal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Vuelta in the 82nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Apolo Dimas could shoot a difficult shot in the 84th minute, which Rai Villalcazar however easily saved by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victoriano Rojelio during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 86th match minute, The Cavern Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victoriano Rojelio to maneuver through the defense. Apolo Dimas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Rai Villalcazar made a huge save. Rai Villalcazar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Rojelio in the 94th minute of the match. Rai Villalcazar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martín Cabezon in the 98th minute. The Cavern Club's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
